Patchwork Lockdown

Acrylic on wood. 2' x2' Thinking of activities in lockdown. The concept of patchwork, watching time pass in increments as the patches build up. Each patch symbolic of the rooms, 'cells' we have been in during lockdown. We can't touch, but use whatever way of communicating we can -phone, leaving food on doorsteps etc.The 'hieroglyphic' figures show this.
